Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have a very high risk type of bladder cancer that hasn't spread into the muscle layer and cannot be completely removed with standard surgery through the urethra
- You are not able or choose not to have your bladder removed
- You have at least one tumor that can be seen on a camera test in the bladder, and you can provide urine samples for special DNA testing
- You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself) and have normal organ function
