Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and can sign a consent form in writing
- You have melanoma, and at least two in-transit lesions that can be found at different spots
- Your treating doctor can allow biopsy of the in-transit lesion(s) for testing
- If you can become pregnant, you can take a pregnancy test that is negative right before study medicine
- You do not use strong long-term immune-suppressing medicines (like high-dose prednisone or certain immunosuppressing drugs)
- You do not have known HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C
