Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older
- Have melanoma that has spread and has come back (stage III or IV relapse)
- Be starting a melanoma treatment that your care team would normally use
- Be willing to have skin tumor biopsies for the study (not from the face, skin folds, or lymph nodes)
- Agree to use of your biological samples (including genetic research) for clinical study
