Who can take part

  • Be male or a non-pregnant, non-childbearing potential female, age 18–50
  • Be a non-smoker (no tobacco or nicotine products in the last 3 months)
  • Have a BMI between 18 and 30, and weigh at least 50 kg (men) or 45 kg (women)
  • Be generally healthy with no major medical problems or surgeries in the last 4 weeks
  • Pass infection and screening tests (no hepatitis B/C, HIV, or serious abnormal labs)
  • Be able to use reliable birth control rules (if you could become pregnant) and give consent
