Who can take part
- You are an Army or Marine service member in the 3rd SFG(A) or 1st Reconnaissance Battalion
- If you are post-deployment: you returned within the past 3 months (3rd SFG(A))
- If you are pre-deployment: you will deploy soon or start within the window allowed (1st Reconnaissance Battalion, within 6 months prior)
- If you are post-deployment for 1st Reconnaissance Battalion, your timing must match what the study allows
- You must be in a routine setting where you can regularly use the study app and follow the study steps
