Who can take part

  • You are a veteran and receive care from the VA.
  • You speak English fluently.
  • You own a smartphone or are willing to use one provided by the study.
  • You have been diagnosed with both PTSD and major depression.
  • You are willing to avoid starting a different type of therapy called STAIR during the study.
  • You do not have a history of mania or psychosis, current suicidal plans, or acute alcohol/drug intoxication.
