Who can take part
- You are between 28 weeks pregnant and 12 weeks after giving birth
- You have moderate-to-severe depression (confirmed by a screening test)
- You are not currently seeing a therapist or psychiatrist for mental health
- You own an iPhone 11 or newer with reliable internet access
- You can commit to wearing an Apple Watch at least 20 hours daily for the first 4 weeks, including while sleeping
- You are at least 18 years old and can read and communicate in English
