Who can take part

  • You must be age 18 or older.
  • You must be a donor and/or recipient of an allogeneic stem cell transplant (a transplant from another person).
  • If you’re in a past-records portion of the study, you previously signed consent to: share clinical data, share leftover/archive samples for genetic testing, and allow storage and future use of those samples.
  • You are not eligible if this is an autologous transplant, meaning using your own stem cells (for donor cases meant for self-transplant).
  • The study must be using you in a CHIP/donor-outcome context as part of the donor-recipient transplant group.
