Who can take part
- You have chronic norovirus confirmed by at least 2 positive stool tests over at least 3 months, plus symptoms
- You have a weakened immune system from one of these: prior stem cell transplant, a primary immune disorder, or a solid organ transplant
- Steroids for graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) or other reasons must be reduced to under 0.5 mg/kg/day prednisone (or equivalent) at least 7 days before infusion
- If you had a stem cell transplant, donor chimerism must be stable in the last 30 days (meeting study thresholds)
- You must be well enough overall: age 3 months to 80 years, Karnofsky/Lansky score over 50, and key blood counts/organ tests meet limits
- You must not have had certain immune medicines or other experimental cell therapies shortly before treatment
