This trial studies a mind-body balance approach to help reduce symptoms and disability from pediatric migraine. You may join if your child has migraine headaches and can follow study routines, including keeping a headache diary.

Who can take part
- Your child has migraine (with or without aura) or chronic migraine based on headache diagnosis rules
- In a 28-day headache diary, headaches happen at least 4 days and no more than 28 days
- Your child’s PedMIDAS score is more than 4 but less than 140 (a measure of how much migraines disrupt life)
- Your child is taking a specific set of approved preventive medicines/supplements or will stay on a stable dose for the study
- Your child can do interviews and questionnaires in English
- Your child agrees to limit headache “rescue” medicines to avoid overuse (no more than NSAIDs 3 times/week, and no more than triptans 6 times/month)
