Who can take part

  • You have migraine (with or without aura) and experience headaches 4 to 20 days per month.
  • You have had migraine for at least 1 year.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You can attend 8 weekly online classes and complete headache logs.
  • Your migraine causes at least moderate disability (score >50 on a standard headache impact test).
  • You are fluent in English and can complete a short technology setup.
  • If pregnant, you must be 16 weeks or less.
