Who can take part

  • Age 18 or older with migraines that started before age 50
  • At least 12 months of migraine history with symptoms affecting daily life, nausea, or light sensitivity
  • At least 4 migraine days in the past month, tracked daily in an app
  • Currently on stable migraine prevention medication (like topiramate or a CGRP injection) or no preventive medication
  • Able to do light exercise with or without help, and own a smartphone with the right operating system
  • Active US health insurance and willing to keep current migraine medications unchanged during the 12 weeks
