Who can take part
- You are between 50 and 99 years old
- You do not currently have diagnosed Parkinson’s symptoms at the start of the study
- You don’t have major other brain or nervous system diseases (for example, multiple sclerosis)
- You do not have other serious conditions that could interfere with movement testing (such as major orthopedic problems)
- If you join the spinal fluid (lumbar puncture) part: you cannot have bleeding risk or be unable to stop blood thinners
