Eye-movement testing in people with early Parkinson’s

Who can take part

  • You have a clinical diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease (idiopathic)
  • You had a brain MRI within the last 12 months as part of routine care
  • You previously had a DaTSCAN or a PET scan with F-DOPA that confirms dopamine nerve changes
  • Your Parkinson’s severity is early (Hoehn & Yahr stage 1 to 3)
  • Your eye movement exam is normal or only slightly off for smooth tracking
  • You can do the study in French and have a caregiver who can support you
