Who can take part

  • You can sign consent (or your legal representative can) and are willing to join the study
  • You’re willing to complete a detailed questionnaire
  • You fit at least one high-risk group: new diabetes in the last 3 years, family history of pancreatic cancer, inherited cancer-related conditions, certain pancreatic cysts, or chronic pancreatitis
  • You do not have pancreatic cancer (or another cancer) diagnosed within the past 5 years
  • You can safely get high-resolution MRI or CT (no contraindications) and you can attend follow-ups; you’re not in another conflicting clinical trial
