  • You have atrial fibrillation (AF) or supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) or ventricular tachycardia (VT)
  • Your doctor has you scheduled for a catheter ablation using the specific approved Biosense Webster therapeutic catheter
  • You can follow the hospital’s routine pre-, post-, and follow-up testing visits
  • You sign the informed consent form if required by local rules
  • You are not currently enrolled in another interventional drug or device trial
