Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed prostate cancer diagnosis from a biopsy or surgery results
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You can get or already have genetic test results from your cancer and/or blood showing certain gene changes
  • Your test shows changes in one or more specified genes (PIK3, AKT, PALB2, BRIP1, RAD50, RAD51, RAD54, RB1, SPOP, Wnt/beta-catenin, CDK12, and/or MMR genes like MLH1/MSH2/MSH6/PMS2, and EPCAM)
  • Your tumor may also qualify if it has high mutation level (TMB-high), such as 10+ mutations per megabase or bTMB 16+ mutations per megabase
  • If you don’t have those results, you might still qualify if you’ve had an exceptionally strong response before
