Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer confirmed by a medical test (pathology), and you have a radiation plan
- You must be 18 years old or older
- You must be willing to collect urine and stool samples at the study’s scheduled times
- You’re planning either: radiation with hormone therapy, or radiation without hormone therapy (study groups differ by plan)
- You do not have inflammatory bowel disease or a history of bladder inflammation (cystitis)
