Who can take part
- You are an adult between 18 and 84 years old.
- Your injury is a displaced fracture of the jaw condyle inside the joint area (not shattered into many pieces).
- Your CT scan shows a jaw bite problem and/or the jaw bone is shortened by at least 2 mm.
- Treatment/surgery must start within 14 days after your injury.
- You can give consent and you can attend follow-up visits.
- You do not have major tooth loss that makes your bite impossible to assess, and you have not had certain prior jaw problems.
