Who can take part
- You have an advanced solid tumor confirmed by tissue or cell testing, and standard treatments don’t work (or there isn’t an effective standard option).
- You’re age 18 to 70, and you can expect at least 3 more months of life.
- Your overall health/stamina is fairly good (ECOG 0 to 2).
- You have at least one measurable tumor area (or another tumor area that can still be followed).
- You haven’t had chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, surgery (except diagnostic biopsy), or other anti-cancer treatments recently (typically within 4 weeks) and don’t plan to have them during the study.
- Your blood counts, organ function (heart/liver/kidneys), and blood clotting tests are within required ranges.
