Who can take part
- You are 18 to 70 years old
- Your breast cancer is confirmed as invasive ductal cancer and is triple-negative
- You have higher-risk features (for example, lymph node spread found after surgery, or cancer not fully gone after pre-treatment chemotherapy)
- There is no current local return of cancer and no spread to distant organs
- You start the study soon after your postoperative (after-surgery) treatment—either during it or within 60 days after finishing
- Your overall health tests are within limits (good kidney/liver function and blood counts), and your activity level is mild (ECOG 0–1)
