  • You have newly diagnosed triple-negative breast cancer (no HER2, ER, or progesterone receptors).
  • Your cancer stage is one of several specific early-to-locally advanced stages with no distant spread to other organs.
  • You can have trial treatment because your major organs (like heart, liver, and kidneys) are working well.
  • You can use contraception during the study and follow pregnancy prevention rules.
  • You have not had chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or radiation for this breast cancer within the past 12 months.
  • You have no major allergy to monoclonal antibodies or the trial medicine.
