Tracking sleep changes to improve thinking in Parkinson’s

Who can take part

  • You have Parkinson’s disease diagnosed by a clinician, with slow movement plus at least one sign like tremor, stiffness, or balance trouble
  • Your Parkinson’s severity stage is between 2 and 3 (as measured at screening)
  • You are age 45 or older, and your Parkinson’s medicines have been stable for at least 4 weeks
  • At screening, your thinking test (MoCA) is at least 18 and under 26
  • You can safely do an exercise program and pass the screening “ready for exercise” check
  • You do not already do regular exercise, and you can walk without assistance
