Who can take part

  • You must have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease (the kind with no known cause).
  • You must be 40 years old or older.
  • You must be willing and able to join high-intensity exercise classes (HIIT).
  • You must not have a serious brain condition like stroke, epilepsy, or multiple sclerosis.
  • You should not already be exercising heavily (like high-intensity 3+ times a week or moderate 5+ times a week).
  • Your Parkinson's must be at a stage where you can still move around without help (Hoehn & Yahr stage 3 or less).
