Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with a sleep disorder called iRBD (isolated REM sleep behavior disorder).
  • You can understand Dutch well enough to follow instructions.
  • You can walk around your home on your own without a cane or walker.
  • You are not already very physically active (you don't exercise a lot right now).
  • You have a compatible smartphone that can run the study apps.
