Who can take part
- Be age 12 to 60 at the screening visit
- Have a confirmed C3 glomerulopathy diagnosis from a kidney biopsy recently
- Have been on stable kidney medicines (ACE inhibitor or ARB, and other anti-protein medicines) for at least 90 days
- Have low blood C3 level on screening and high enough morning urine protein (UPCR at required visits)
- Have kidney function (eGFR or measured GFR) at or above the trial’s minimum level
- Get required vaccines (meningitis and pneumonia) before starting the study drug
