Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and can sign consent (or provide assent).
- You have confirmed recurrent or metastatic solid cancer, and it has worsened after prior treatment (or there is no approved option).
- Your cancer type must fit the study’s allowed list for the combination portion, and your tumor must be judged “sensitive” to the planned chemo.
- You must have measurable disease on scans and be healthy enough for treatment (specific blood counts, liver/kidney tests).
- You must have good heart tests: ejection fraction over 50%, no heart fibrosis, and a baseline heart rhythm measurement within limits.
- You must wait at least 4 weeks after your last chemo, targeted therapy, hormone therapy, or radiation, and you must recover from side effects enough to meet the study limits.
