Who can take part

  • You must have a type of cancer that has spread or cannot be removed, such as liver, bile duct, endometrial, cervical, ovarian, stomach, colorectal, or lung cancer.
  • You must be expected to live at least 3 more months.
  • You must be well enough to do most daily activities on your own (ECOG score of 0 or 1).
  • Your tumor must be measurable with a scan.
  • You must be willing to give a fresh or stored tumor sample if needed for the higher-dose part of the study.
