Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older
- Your lymphoma is a newly diagnosed primary mediastinal large B-cell type confirmed by biopsy
- You have mediastinal involvement (the lymph cancer is in the chest area/mediastinum)
- You have not started chemotherapy yet (except brief emergency steroid use under certain limits)
- Your pre-treatment PET/CT shows enough activity in the mediastinum (Deauville score 4 or higher)
- You can have FDG PET/CT and can understand and follow study steps (consent required)
