Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have a specific type of B-cell lymphoma that is considered high-risk for spreading to the brain or spinal cord.
- You are planning to start standard chemotherapy plus immunotherapy (like R-CHOP) for this lymphoma.
- You have not had any prior treatment for this aggressive lymphoma, except for up to 7 days of steroids.
- You are able to have a lumbar puncture (spinal tap) safely.
- You do not have other active cancers or serious infections that would interfere with treatment.
