This trial studies a customized immune-based treatment approach for people with early-stage “unfavorable” classical Hodgkin lymphoma who have not had prior treatment. It may help by targeting your lymphoma using an individualized plan based on your case.

Who can take part
- You have classical Hodgkin lymphoma and it is your first diagnosis with no prior treatment
- Your disease is early-stage but considered “unfavorable,” such as a large chest (mediastinal) mass or other listed risk factors
- You have certain risk features, which may include one or more of the following: large mediastinal mass, spread outside lymph nodes, high inflammation marker (ESR), or involvement of 3+ lymph node areas
- Your age fits the study: 18–60 for the main group, or 61+ may qualify if you are eligible for AVD treatment based on health scoring (CIRS-G) and the doctor’s judgment
- You do NOT have nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma, grey-zone lymphoma, or lymphoma involving the brain or spinal cord
