This trial tests a combination of an immunotherapy drug (anti-PD-1 antibody) and radiation therapy for people with newly diagnosed, early-stage classic Hodgkin lymphoma that does not have certain risk factors. The goal is to see if this approach works well and has fewer side effects.

Who can take part
- You must have a new diagnosis of classic Hodgkin lymphoma (confirmed by biopsy).
- Your cancer must be stage I or II without any of these risk factors: a large mass in the chest, lymphoma outside the lymph nodes, high inflammation levels in the blood, or 3 or more lymph node areas involved.
- You must not have lymphoma in the brain or spinal cord, or certain rare types of Hodgkin lymphoma.
- You must not have had any prior treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma, such as chemotherapy, radiation, or a stem cell/organ transplant.
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You must agree to follow the study's rules and procedures.
