Who can take part

  • You have generalized anxiety disorder based on a brief questionnaire and an interview
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are a current Penn State student or a community adult who signed up through the PSU StudyFinder website
  • You are interested in getting treatment and are not currently seeing a mental health professional
  • You can read and speak English well enough to take part
  • You do not have current severe concerns like suicidal thoughts, mania, or psychosis, and you do not have an active substance use disorder
