Immune System and Related Disorders

Part of Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial studies how your immune system responds after a COVID-19 vaccine. It uses detailed blood tests to understand what changes happen in your immune cells and may help researchers improve future vaccines.

Studying the immune response in people who had severe or mild COVID-19

This study looks at how the body's immune system reacted to COVID-19 in people who had either severe or mild cases. The goal is to learn more about a specific part of the immune response (called IFN-I) to better understand the disease.

NCT04706390Recruiting
Study compares immune response after COVID infection vs vaccination

This study looks at how your immune system responds after natural COVID-19 infection compared with after COVID vaccination. It may help researchers understand how well different experiences train the body’s defenses.

NCT06667063Recruiting
Immune response study for COVID-19 and flu

This study looks at how your immune system responds to COVID-19 or the flu. It may help researchers understand these infections better, whether you are currently sick or healthy.

NCT04112355Enrolling by invitation
Tracking children’s immune response after routine vaccinations

This study measures how a child’s immune system responds after standard childhood vaccines, like DTaP-IPV/Hib, pneumococcal, MMR, varicella, flu, and COVID shots. It may help researchers better understand what a “healthy” immune response looks like after vaccination.

Study of immune responses in hospitalized COVID-19 patients

This study looks closely at how your immune system responds during COVID-19. It may help researchers better understand why COVID-19 varies from person to person and how to improve future care.
