Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older, and either have newly diagnosed, lab-confirmed tuberculosis or are clinically healthy for the comparison group
- You are willing to have COVID vaccine injections (Pfizer, AstraZeneca, or Janssen) and be followed for 4–8 weeks after the dose
- You agree to pre-study screening and to keep attending study visits for the full study period
- If you could become pregnant (age 18–49), you must use effective birth control during the study and test negative for pregnancy at screening and on vaccine day
- You can understand the study and sign written informed consent
