Who can take part
- You’re between 18 and 75 years old
- Your breast cancer has been confirmed as invasive (pT1 to pT3) in one breast
- You’ve had breast-conserving surgery or a mastectomy, with surgery margin at least 2 mm
- Your axillary (armpit) lymph nodes are cancer-positive (sentinel node positive is allowed)
- You can safely have radiation: overall health is good enough (Karnofsky score 80+), not pregnant or breastfeeding, and no prior radiation to the chest/neck/underarm areas
