Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older.
- Have a previously untreated, slow-growing B-cell lymphoma, such as follicular lymphoma (grades 1–3a), marginal zone lymphoma, lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma, other indolent B-cell disorders, or mantle cell lymphoma that fits watch-and-wait or symptom/therapy-limitation situations.
- Have measurable or assessable lymphoma that can be tracked, such as at least one affected lymph node or site ≥1.5 cm, or certain bone marrow/spleen/extranodal involvement that can be rechecked.
- Be able to take oral medicine and swallowed medications without major problems, and be willing for all study tests and procedures.
- Have generally good health for study participation (performance status 0–2) and be able to sign informed consent.
- Use effective birth control if you can become pregnant or if you are a participating man; you must also have a negative pregnancy test before starting.
- Avoid key exclusions, including prior lymphoma/antibody treatment (with limited exceptions), no recent or active CNS disease, and no major uncontrolled heart disease or certain stomach acid medicine requirements.
