Who can take part

  • You are pregnant and about 12 to 26 weeks along
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have current depressive symptoms on a depression screening test (EPDS score 7 or higher)
  • You are in a qualifying group, such as being a racial/ethnic minority and/or meeting Virginia WIC income/benefits or having a high school education or less
  • You can read, write, and understand English
  • A healthcare provider has not told you to avoid physical activity, and you have not been doing yoga at least weekly during this pregnancy
