- You are currently pregnant and at least 12 weeks along
- You are 34 weeks pregnant or less when starting the program
- You get prenatal care at the Center for Women's Health at OHSU in Oregon
- You can speak, read, and understand English well
- You can attend online group sessions from home
- You have a smartphone, tablet, or computer to receive practice materials
- You live in Oregon or Washington state
- You have not taken part in a formal mindfulness program before
- You do not have severe depression symptoms (scores below 20 on depression questionnaires)
