Who can take part

  • You’re 18 or older
  • You have metastatic or locally returning squamous cell anal cancer confirmed by biopsy
  • Your scans (CT and PET) are recent (within 30 days), and there is at least one measurable spot on CT/MRI
  • You’re well enough to do daily activities (ECOG performance status 0–1)
  • Your organs and blood tests meet safety levels (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and protein in urine)
  • You can receive the planned mDCF chemotherapy plan and you expect to live at least 12 months
