Who can take part

  • You are older than 18
  • You have prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy as adenocarcinoma
  • Your cancer is in a specific risk group (low, favorable intermediate, unfavorable intermediate, or limited high risk)
  • Your general health is good (performance score 0–2) and you can consent in writing
  • Your prostate symptoms are not too severe (IPSS 19 or lower)
  • You can have an MRI (no MRI contraindications) and you have not had pelvic radiation before
