  • You must have low or favorable intermediate-risk prostate cancer
  • You must have not had radiation therapy to the prostate area before
  • Your doctor expects you to live more than 5 years
  • You must be able to have an MRI scan
  • You may still be considered if you are older, frail, or have a large prostate, but your doctor will review your case carefully
