This Phase 1 trial tests a combination of targeted cancer medicines to treat melanoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. It is for people whose tumor has a specific BRAF mutation, and who have either stayed stable on a prior targeted treatment or no longer respond to it.

Who can take part

  • You have melanoma confirmed by biopsy/pathology that has spread (metastatic) or can’t be removed by surgery.
  • Your tumor has a BRAF V600 mutation based on approved genetic testing.
  • You must have either been stable for at least 3 months on a prior targeted treatment (dabrafenib+trametinib or encorafenib+binimetinib) or have stopped/failed one of those treatments.
  • You must be 18 or older, and able to perform daily activities at a level the study calls ECOG 0–1.
  • Your blood counts and key organ function (liver, kidneys, etc.) must meet minimum lab limits.
  • You must have measurable disease on scans, and be willing/able to sign informed consent.
