ctDNA-Guided Adaptive Therapy for Advanced Melanoma

Who can take part

  • You have advanced melanoma (stage III or IV) that cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your melanoma has a specific BRAF V600 mutation (a genetic change).
  • You have not had prior targeted therapy (BRAF or MEK inhibitors) for advanced melanoma that has spread.
  • Your cancer has not spread to the brain or the lining of the brain.
  • You are generally healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2).
  • You are willing to use effective contraception during and for a short time after treatment.
