Who can take part
- You have either newly diagnosed or returning liver cancer (HCC) or colorectal cancer that has spread only to the liver (CRLM).
- Your scans must show no spread beyond the liver within 12 weeks before starting the study.
- Your liver tumor(s)/liver metastases must be treatable with curative surgery (sometimes plus local ablation).
- Your liver function must be fairly preserved (Child-Pugh score 5 or 6, plus blood tests showing safe liver, kidney, and blood counts).
- You should have a good performance status (ECOG 0 or 1) and meet required blood count and clotting thresholds within 28 days before enrollment.
- You cannot have had prior anti–PD-1/PD-L1 immune therapy or prior systemic HCC treatments like TACE/TACE-like procedures, SIRT, or SBRT for HCC.
