  • You are being evaluated for testicular cancer and are scheduled for orchiectomy (surgery to remove the testicle)
  • Your doctors have diagnosed testicular germ cell cancer
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You can understand the study and sign consent
  • You do not have another active cancer at the same time, except testicular cancer
