MicroRNA study for small testicular or post-chemo masses

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • If you have a testicular lesion: it must be smaller than 2 cm and involve less than 30% of the testicle.
  • If you have a post-chemotherapy mass: it must be a lymph node in the abdomen larger than 1 cm (for non-seminoma) or larger than 3 cm (for seminoma).
  • Your blood tumor markers must be negative (normal).
  • You must be eligible for either testis-sparing surgery or retroperitoneal lymph node dissection.
  • You must give your informed consent to take part.
