  • You’re receiving cancer treatment at one of the listed Colorado hospital locations
  • You have one of the allowed cancer types (lung, head-and-neck, thyroid, breast, cervical, colon/rectum, or bladder) and stages that fit the study
  • You’re uninsured or underinsured based on insurance status or out-of-pocket costs
