Who can take part
- You’re an adult (18 or older) and can sign the consent form
- You speak English or Spanish
- You live in a rural county in the study’s service area
- You’re receiving cancer treatment at one of the listed Colorado hospital locations
- You have one of the allowed cancer types (lung, head-and-neck, thyroid, breast, cervical, colon/rectum, or bladder) and stages that fit the study
- You’re uninsured or underinsured based on insurance status or out-of-pocket costs
