Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older and have recurrent ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer (certain cancer types/subtypes are allowed).
  • You have symptomatic fluid around the belly and/or lungs that needs drainage at least once in the first 4 weeks, or you already have a drainage catheter.
  • You feel well enough for treatment (ECOG performance status 0 to 1).
  • You have not had pembrolizumab or any immune “checkpoint” cancer drug within the last 9 weeks.
  • Your blood counts and organ tests are adequate (neutrophils, platelets, hemoglobin, kidney function, liver tests, and proteins must meet study thresholds).
  • If you can become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to 2 reliable birth-control methods (or abstain) during the study and for 120 days after the last dose.
