Who can take part

  • You have recurrent ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that is platinum-sensitive (responded to platinum-based chemo before).
  • You have received 4 or more cycles of platinum-based chemo as first treatment, and 6 to 8 cycles of carboplatin-based chemo for the second round.
  • You have not had more than 2 prior lines of treatment for your ovarian cancer.
  • You are in generally good health (able to do daily activities) with a performance status of 0 or 1.
  • You have a tumor sample available that was not previously treated with radiation.
  • You do not have severe eye problems, active inflammatory bowel disease, uncontrolled heart or blood vessel disease, or certain other lung conditions.
